Results from research by a car insurance comparison site will surely come as a surprise to nearly anyone reading this.

The results showed that, wait for it, General Practioners are most dangerous drivers on the roads in the UK as they are most likely to have an accident.

33 percent of the physicians that registered with this particular insurance site had a crash within one year of taking out their insurance policy.

At the other end of the scale, Manual Labourers are proven to be some of the safest drivers on the road, with 85 percent of the safest 20 being professionals like carpet fitters, decorators etc.
